A well-used reference copy with considerable age-related wear and some interesting period newspaper additions from a previous owner. Dust jacket has edge/corner wear, rubbing, small tears and losses, old protective covering/tape present. There is foxing, tanning and staining/marking to endpapers and some pages.The rear endpapers contain pasted-in period patchwork-related newspaper cuttings, small fabric/pattern examples and other material. Further vintage needlework/Embroiders’ Guild ephemera is retained inside, including a John Pinder-Wilson needlework books label/catalogue material.
