REPRODUCTION / HANDMADE ITEMS

The items we sell are reproductions of original vintage motorcycle models and are not original factory/OEM parts unless specifically stated otherwise.

Since many of our items are handmade and made to order, no two items can be expected to be completely identical. Minor variations in shape, dimensions, finish and workmanship may occur.

The colour of the item received may also vary slightly from the colour shown in the listing photographs due to photography, lighting and screen settings.

Some reproduction parts may require minor fitting or adjustment during installation. Please refer carefully to the model description, photographs and compatibility information before purchasing, particularly for early/vintage models.

RAW / UNFINISHED ITEMS

If you purchase a raw or unfinished item, please note that it may have some surface rust, both inside and outside.

We manufacture our products using steel sheets, and surface rust is a natural property of unfinished steel. We apply a temporary primer/protective coating to many raw items; however, some surface rust may still be visible.

This should not be construed as a defect in the item. Any such surface rust can normally be addressed during the painting or chrome-plating process at your end without requiring any additional special process.

PAINTED ITEMS

Although we allow ample drying time before packing painted items, there is a possibility that minor packing marks may appear on the surface during transit.

These marks are generally on top of the automotive-standard lacquer protecting the paint underneath and can normally be removed with a good-quality rubbing polish and a soft cloth.

For tanks, we also apply a transparent sealer to the inside. Customers who require additional protection are encouraged to apply their preferred internal tank lining/sealer over the existing treatment.

Any minor surface rust visible inside a tank is covered by the transparent lining applied by us. Additional lining by the customer can provide enhanced protection.

COMPATIBILITY

The compatibility list shown on eBay is provided by a third-party application, and we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of that information.

Please do not make a purchase solely on the basis of the eBay compatibility list.

We strongly recommend that customers who have any doubt about compatibility contact us before purchasing. Please check the model description, photographs and compatibility with your specific motorcycle carefully before buying.

DAMAGED OR WET PACKAGES

Our products are professionally packed for transportation.

However, if a package arrives visibly damaged or wet, please do not accept the package without first bringing the condition to the courier's attention and having an appropriate written remark recorded.

We cannot assume responsibility for damage where a visibly damaged or wet package has been accepted without an appropriate notation being made with the courier.

RETURNS

Returns are acceptable within 14 days of receipt, with return shipping to be borne by the buyer, subject to applicable eBay policies.

If an item is undeliverable for any reason and is subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from the buyer any associated costs that may be charged back to us, where permitted under applicable eBay policies.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS — NON-US ORDERS

For shipments outside the United States, any applicable import duty, VAT, GST, customs charges or other destination-country taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
