Green Bay Packers Randy Scott Practice Shorts #55.

These shorts are from teh mid 1980s.

Scott played for the Packers from 1981 to 1986.

As seen in the photos. These are 1980s style practice shorts with Green Bay Packers  55 screened on the left leg.

It was standard practice for the Packers equipment staff to screen-print or stencil a player’s jersey number directly onto their practice gear (like shorts, sweatpants, and practice jerseys). This helped the team managers organize the laundry and ensured each player got their own specific size and broken-in gear back before meetings or workouts.

The tagging  for the Packers gear features this specific red and blue logo, it confirms your item was manufactured in the 1980s.
