Very nice pre-owned condition.  Disc was cleaned, tested, and in good shape!  Some markings on printed side.  Manual shows slight wear, but it is complete, intact, and has no writing.  Comes in a new jewel case as shown.  Fun game for the original PlayStation.  See photos of actual item for sale, condition, and what's included in this auction.
