Antique pre-owned metal flue cover, featuring charming red barn artwork. Perfect for adding a rustic touch to any fireplace or wall space. Size: 8 in minor wear on metal consistent with vintage age. Artwork is vibrant and intact-may show some minor yellowing as shown. The backside has a plate embossed with “RAU’S PAT.”. This stands for the Rau Brothers. Their location was established in 1902 in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. Rau Brothers famously partnered with major cast-iron foundries of the era—such as Griswold and Favorite Piqua Ware to produce scarce promotional advertising skillets given away with the purchase of their stoves.
