Vintage Airfix Aichi D3A1 “Val” 1/72 scale plastic model construction kit.
This is the classic Airfix Series 2 release, Code No. 02014-5 / Cat No. 294, made in England. The kit depicts the Japanese Aichi D3A1 “Val” dive bomber.
The kit is open-box and appears unstarted, with parts unpainted and unassembled. Some parts are loose/off sprue. Includes the original box, instruction sheet, decals, clear parts and display stand, as shown in the photos.
The outer box presents well but has typical vintage storage wear, including creasing, corner and edge wear, scuffing, marks and age-related discolouration. Decals are included but are vintage and sold as-is.
A great addition for collectors of vintage Airfix kits, WWII aircraft models, Japanese Navy aircraft or 1/72 scale model aircraft.
