This item is a hand-carved wooden frog guiro (also known as a frog rasp or tone block), a traditional percussion instrument originating from northern Thailand.

How it works: Running the included wooden stick (striker) up and down the ridged spine on the frog's back produces a realistic croaking sound.

Acoustics: The hollow body acts as a sound chamber, and the pitch varies by size—larger frogs produce a deeper tone, while smaller ones have a higher pitch.

Design: Crafted from solid wood with stylized carved features and an open mouth where the striker is often stored when not in use.

Will consider any reasonable/fair offer! Thank you very much!
