The revised design allows easier installation by drilling a 3 1/2” round hole and then installing the fan unit inside the cabinet over the hole. Can then use the supplied surface mount grill or buy an optional round recessed grill (available in various colors). This item includes the Fan Unit, Adjustable Power Supply, and White Grill.
