Neat vintage koi fish needle case from Japan.  It's entirely made of wood.  I will warn that you have to be gentle with inserting the inner needle case as it likes to stick and if you push too hard it is hard to get back out.  A nice quality piece!  See photos for appraisal, and feel free to ask questions.
