This is a nice Canal Zone 39, the 2c Cordoba Panama "Type 2" overprint issue of 1912, centered F+ and NH with fresh gum. Very very slight amount of wax on the gum, not enough to mention other than it shows that it is not regummed. Scott $8 for hinged. A great addition to a Canal Zone collection.
