For US customers this item is shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All import duties and taxes have been prepaid - no additional charges on delivery to the buyer.       

Lining has visible use.  Some marks.  Also a small piece of fabric missing as seen in photos.

The bag may have closed with more a snap and more firmly when new but it still closes although perhaps as solidly as it did when brand new.
