The thrust indicator system lets you find the perfect strength easily, avoiding rigid or unsafe traction. ⚠️ WarningsNot for pregnant women, severe osteoporosis, or certain disc conditions. Waist circumference ≤39 inches.

⚠ Please Check Your Waist Size Before Ordering

The adjustable belt physically fits waists of 48–136 cm (19–54 in), but for effective traction it is recommended for a waist circumference UNDER 39 in (about 99 cm). If your waist is larger than 39 in, the stretching force may be limited and the device may not work as expected — please measure your waist carefully before purchasing.

How It Works — Mechanical Spinal Decompression

Lumbar decompression belt enlarging intervertebral space to relieve nerve pressure

Unlike ordinary inflatable back belts, this device uses two independent stainless steel screws that deliver up to 450N of controlled mechanical thrust. As you turn the rocker, the support pads rise and gently pull the lumbar spine, enlarging the space between vertebrae.

The gentle separation creates negative pressure inside the disc, helping bulging and herniated discs retract and easing compression on the spinal cord and nerve roots. Because the belt decompresses and supports your lower back in any position, the vertebrae stay free of loading forces during every session.

Compared with an inversion table, it is simpler, safer and far more practical for daily home use — no upside-down positions, no bulky equipment, and no repeated trips to a clinic for traction appointments.

Product Features

Rocker design lumbar traction device generating 450N of thrust
Effortless Rocker Traction
The exclusive rocker mechanism builds up to 450N of thrust with an easy turn, gently lifting the pads to open the space between vertebrae. Increase the stretch gradually until you find your own comfortable intensity.
Stainless steel push rod with 4.7 inch maximum stroke
Steel Push Rod — 4.7 in Stroke
A rugged stainless steel rod delivers powerful, even thrust to help separate the vertebrae and retract herniated discs. Its 4.7-inch maximum stroke gives users with higher tolerance a stronger, deeper stretch.
Upgraded thicker medical-grade non-slip lumbar support pad
Upgraded Support Pads
Thicker, tougher support pads wrap the body and resist slipping, so the rod’s thrust transfers smoothly into your stretch instead of being lost against your clothing.
Soft strong adjustable waistband fitting 48 to 136 cm waist
Soft, Strong Waistband
A wide band made from strong yet soft material that is comfortable to wear and simple to fasten. Fits waists of 48–136 cm (19–54 in); users under 39 inches get the best grip and traction.
Independent left and right adjustment panels with stretching distance scales
Independent Left & Right
Each side has its own control and a built-in scale showing the stretch distance. Apply different force on each side — asymmetric traction that users with mild scoliosis can use to help correct imbalances.
Lightweight 3 pound portable lumbar traction device carried in a backpack
Lightweight & Portable
The redesigned structure and non-slip materials replace the bulky old-style anti-slip belt. At only about 3 pounds, it folds compactly into a backpack for use at home, work or anywhere you travel.
Using the lumbar traction belt lying down, sitting and walking at home

Use It Lying Down, Sitting or Walking

You can wear the traction belt while resting in bed, working at a desk or even moving around. For the strongest, most comfortable results, lie flat on a bed, sofa or floor — this position takes your body weight off the lumbar spine so each session delivers maximum traction.

Skip the appointments and the commute: professional-style lumbar traction is now available on your own schedule, in the privacy of your home.

How to Use — Please Read Before Your First Session

(The demonstration video in this listing is also very helpful — we recommend watching it before your first session)

Start in 3 Simple Steps — Then Lie Back & Relax:
1. Position: Place the lower pad just above the hip bones, over a thin T-shirt. 2. Fasten: Tighten the waistband snugly so the pads cannot slip. 3. Lie Flat & Rock: Lie down and turn the rocker to a gentle stretch, about 30 minutes.
  1. Position the pads correctly. Do not press both the upper and lower support pads flat against your top. Place the lower pad just above the hip bones and keep it clear of your upper garment, so the traction force acts fully on your body instead of being canceled out.
  2. Fasten the waistband snugly so the support pads cannot slip; the band should feel firm but tolerable. When you turn the rocker, you should feel a gentle stretch and support in the lower back — never force it past comfortable tension.
  3. Lying flat works best. Use the device for about 30 minutes per session, 2–3 times a day. With consistent use, most people feel an obvious difference after roughly 15 days.
  4. Wear it over thin clothing such as a T-shirt or close-fitting undergarment — never over thick outerwear. Silky, slippery fabric reduces grip; slightly rougher cotton fabrics transfer the traction force better.
  5. Mild discomfort at first is normal. Corrective traction may cause slight temporary discomfort during early sessions, which usually passes as your body adapts. If you feel severe or persistent pain, stop using the device immediately and consult your doctor.
  6. Check your size before ordering. Ideal traction is achieved with a waist circumference under 39 inches. For larger waists the stretching effect may be limited — please measure carefully and purchase with caution.
