The dress is blue with a small white floral pattern, the dress has a V neck and a drawstring at the waist which is elasticated.  The sleeves have thin lace sections at the shoulder and further down the arms.  The cuffs are elasticated.  The sleeves have different patterns towards the cuffs - see the photos for details.  The dress has a tier towards the bottom of the dress.
The pit-to-pit measurement taken from the back of the item is 18.5 inches / 47 cms.
The length of the item taken from the back of the neck to the bottom hem is 47 inches / 119 cms.
The length of the sleeve taken from the armpit to the end of the sleeve is 14.5 inches / 37 cms.
