This is an estate find. I would describe the overall condition as fair to acceptable, with significant age and wear.

I believe this may date to the late 1800s. There is no specific copyright date that I could find, but one page includes a calendar that goes through 1892, so I believe it may be from around that time. Please consider the date an estimate, not a confirmed publication date.

I believe this is a Catholic prayer book, but I could be wrong. I also noticed that I do not see what appears to be a typical introductory/title page identifying the author, publisher, or other publication information. I cannot determine whether this information was originally included, removed, or is simply not present in this particular copy, so please carefully review all of the pictures.

You will see loose pages, tears, discoloration, marks, creases, and other signs of age and use throughout. I am not sure if any pages are missing, so please carefully review all of the pictures before purchasing.

There is a latch on the side, but there is no lock. The latch does not reliably keep the book closed and may pop off the cover. The cover also shows wear, creases, discoloration, and other imperfections.
