Publication: Los Angeles: [Institute of Mentalphysics], [Ca. 1930s-40s]

"Mentalphysics lending library" in pen on inside front cover, otherwise contents clean. Boards with smudging and wear at spine ends. Very good.
Bound volume of lessons from the private "Inner Chamber" course by Edwin Dingle (1881-1972), founder of the Institute of Mentalphysics and writing under his spiritual Chinese name, Ding Le Mei.
Dingle claimed to have learned secret spiritual methods from Tibetan monks including the "Eight Key Breaths" technique, meditation and affirmation practices, ESP, vegetarian diet, etc. and combined them into what he called "Super Yoga." These lessons were originally issued weekly in the mid to late 1930's. Scarce, with OCLC citing perhaps 8 physical holdings for any volumes.
