Beautiful vintage original oil painting on canvas featuring a colorful countryside landscape with a white cottage, tall cypress-style trees, distant mountains and vibrant fields of red and yellow flowers.
The painting has wonderful heavy impasto texture, with thick, dimensional applications of paint throughout the flowers and foreground. This is an actual hand-painted oil, not a print.

The painting is signed in the lower right. The signature appears to read “Zara” or possibly “Zana,” but I have been unable to positively identify the artist, so it is being offered as an unidentified signed work.

Painting measures approximately 8" x 10" and is presented in an attractive substantial vintage antiqued gold-tone wood frame. The reverse of the frame is stamped “HECHO EN MEXICO” and “8X10.”

Overall very nice vintage condition with age-appropriate wear/patina to the frame. Please review all photographs closely, including the close-up photographs of the signature and reverse, as they are part of the description.
