CONDITION REPORT: AS-IS / PROJECT PIECE


This dress is beautiful and structurally intact for the most part, but shows significant vintage wear and age-related flaws.


It is being sold strictly "As-Is."

HEM & SEAM DAMAGE: There is a section of seam separation along the lower tiered skirt/hem area where the fabric appears to have been stepped on, causing the stitching to pull apart. There is also a distinct snagged/pulled look in the fabric immediately surrounding the stitched lines in this area.


UNDERARM DAMAGE: The right underarm

seam is torn and frayed along the satin/voile panel boundary and requires restitching/repair.


STAINING: There are scattered dark/brown liquid or storage stains on the outer pink voile fabric, mostly near the mid-skirt tiers.


The interior white lining has substantial widespread storage yellowing and brown staining, particularly along the bottom area.


GENERAL WEAR: Minor pulling at the waist seams and typical age-related softening of the lace trim.
