Family photo album, Adolph Wichmann family, North Royalton OHIO, early 1900s
Softcover decorative album, suede with leather string binding. Rear cover is missing about half of the cover. Approx 7 x 11 inches, oblong. 18 of the photos are loose, the rest are taped in at the corners, you could remove them if you wanted to look on back for inscriptions. Some of the loose photos are inscribed on back. A few of the leaves are loose, first blank leaf is torn in half. Photos mostly around 5x3 at the largest, many are smaller.
No date but there are a few photos of cars on the road, maybe 30s at the latest for some photos, some are clearly earlier.
The main clue we have to identify the subject of the album is a newsclipping laid in identifying them, along with some writing on back of loose photos, and Initials on cover of photo album.
I counted 18 loose photographs and 100 photographs taped into the album
