POSTAGE
All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment has been made (Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days)
UK BUYERS- All items posted within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Second Class Large letter (to save postage costs on small or low cost items)
I will combine postage for multiple purchases- please add all items to basket and postage will automatically adjust to a maximum of £5.
(Any excess p&p charges will be refunded at point of dispatch)
Once you have finished making your purchases if postage has not automatically been combined, please use the ‘request combined invoice’ or ‘request total from seller’ button.
OVERSEAS BUYERS- All items shipped overseas will be sent via the Global Shipping Programme.
RETURNS
- Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the date you received your goods.
- Contact must be made within 7 days to allow plenty of time for return postage duration.
- Please email, or use the eBay messages to make contact prior to return.
- The buyer is responsible for all return postage and packaging costs.
- Where possible returns should be sent in the same packaging it was received in, and be adequately wrapped to ensure its safety in the post.
- If an item has been received damaged all original packaging must be kept as the carrier may need to see this in the event of a claim.
- Once the return has been received by myself either a refund or (where possible. ) a replacement will be issued.
