- Binding & Spine: The binding is tight, firm, and entirely secure. The spine features five raised bands with clear, bright gilt lettering and floral detailing. - Edges & Pages: The exterior page edges feature a brilliant, reflective solid gold gilt finish on all three sides. The interior marbled endpapers are beautifully vivid. The text block is exceptionally clean, white, and square with no modern ink writing, highlighting, or dog-ears.
