Spectacular vintage five-point starfish brooch attributed to Weiss, dating approximately to the 1950s–1960s. This dramatic figural pin is densely set with prong-set glass rhinestones in rich shades of ruby red, sapphire blue, emerald green, amethyst purple, amber, champagne and orange. A sunny yellow center stone is surrounded by sparkling aurora borealis accents.

The brooch is unsigned but closely matches documented Weiss starfish examples in its form, stone arrangement and construction. Many examples were identified only by an original oval foil label, which was easily lost over time.

Very good vintage condition with all stones appearing present and beautifully reflective. There is a small localized area of verdigris on the reverse, along with expected age-related patina and surface wear to the gold-tone setting. Please review the close-up photographs for condition.
