20 pieces of Wima 250uF 6v Electrolytic Capacitor

I have checked them on an ESR 70 and I am seeing some obviously non working parts, along with a smaller quantity returning value readings of typically between about 295uF and 325uF. 

Also the ESR is ranging from low single digits to something in the teens

This may mean they are completely unusable so I am selling as "For Parts or Not Working"

I have two lots of 20 pieces sorted so far. If I find any more, I will add to this listing

Some of the leads are tarnished and will require cleaning

Our aim is that everything we ship should arrive at our customers in perfect condition. All semiconductors are packed in heat sealed static safe bags. Small components are then packed into Jiffy "Gold" or equivalent padded bags and larger items into cartons.
