This is Best Buy #8683 from the 70's.  For Barbie or any 11" doll.  Bright yellow wrap around top with floral maxi skirt.  Comes with 1 shoe original to set - sorry!  
No visible holes or rips.  May have some age wear/stains.  I did not attempt to clean
