This is a gymnastic leotard and gold medal for Barbie and her 11" dolls  I believe it was part of a gymnastics playset from Sears that had a balance beam, rings and horizontal bar.  No visible rips or holes.  May have some age wear/stains.  I did not attempt to clean.
