I believe this is "White, Bright N Sparkling" #3374 for Skipper, Scooter or other 9" dolls.  There is no purse.  I included a pair of shoes but not sure if they are original to the outfit.
There are no visible rips or tears.  Snaps are intact.  There is some age wear/stains.  I did not attempt to clean.
