This is a vintage Sansui B-3000 Stereo Power Amplifier. I connected this to my Fisher Stereo (without a pre-amp) and Marantz speakers and it worked very well! I only played it for a few seconds because without the pre-amp it has uncontrolled volume! I took this out of a rack that the previous owner had it in so on the bottom you will see he ground off the plastic feet or protrusions I assume it had. I think he did this so it would fit in the rack. Something I would have never done! You will also see a small triangular piece that is glued back in. Please refer to the pictures.
