This is a preowned vintage tool. It is in preowned condition. It is being sold as is.

The winders have hairline scratches and some scuffs. The barrels and arbors are a bit dirty and some of the buttons / arbors have some oxidation and dried oil. All the buttons work and the hooks all look clean!

Not sure if the top layer of coating is coming off the container or it had something stuck to it. You can see what’s in question on the top of the lid. There are a few other places like that around the container. Lid also has a some chip on the bottom of the lid.

NOTE: These are bracelet winders meaning they are meant for women’s watches hence the size of these barrels!
