Constructed from durable 18-gauge G90 galvanized steel, these ties resist corrosion and feature a built-in 5/8-inch "V" channel down the center to prevent form deflection during the pour. They are ideal for low foundation walls up to 4 feet high and work with standard Simpson W1 wedges (sold separately) to lock nominal 2x lumber forms tight. After the concrete cures, the exposed ends snap off easily for a clean, flush finish.
