N.B. My Fair Trading Policy is to always:

• Dispatch only when I have received payment.
• Dispatch only when the dispatch address has been confirmed by the buyer – to protect both parties in the event buyer has moved but failed to update their address on eBay, or wants the item to be sent to their work address.
• Offer to delay dispatch of one for more purchased items until the result/s of further auctions the buyer is bidding is/are concluded - so all items bought can be dispatched together. Once they’ve all ended, I will dispatch once all the items have been paid for and refund the difference between the postage paid and the actual total cost of postage and packing.
• Ask for feedback once the buyer has received the goods and is happy with them.
• Promptly refund the price and return postage if the buyer has reasonable cause to feel the goods are not as described in the auction description and they have successfully returned them undamaged.
