A vintage Tri-ang OO-gauge R.249 Exploding Car, finished in bright red and numbered 9841, with DANGER / WARHEADS / KEEP FIRE AWAY markings.

Originally part of Tri-ang’s Battlespace range, this novelty wagon was designed so the body could “explode” apart when triggered and then be reassembled for repeated use.

This example is unboxed and well used, but importantly the removable body sections are still present and the wagon can be shown both assembled and dismantled.
