For sale, 9 piece laminated guitar neck blank with bloodwood fingerboard blank. The neck blank is made up of hard maple, bloodwood and black dyed veneer. From the center out the layers are as follows. 0.625" hard maple" / 0.034" black veneer / 0.14" bloodwood / 0.034" black veneer / 1.06" hard maple The overall dimensions are 30 X 3.162 X 0.94". We use a modified urea resin glue, it is expensive and difficult to use. But it dries completely rigid and works great with oily exotic and domestic woods. We have been using it for over a decade with great results. The fingerboard measures 21 X 2.75 X 0.33"
We will include 2 extra pieces of matching hard maple (8 X 1 X 1") to widen the head stock if needed.
The first 5 pictures show the blank wiped down with denatured alcohol.
