Front features ornate border with fasces columns and rosettes, allegorical figures flanking a triangular '10' denomination emblem, and cautionary text warning of counterfeiting penalties. Back shows blind embossed seals visible through the paper. Condition is well-circulated, VG to Fine, with noticeable creasing, toning, edge wear, and a small tear/fold at lower right corner. A historic example of French Revolutionary paper currency.
