For sale is this Australian original limited edition vinyl promo-only album by INXS. Entitled Dekadance, it contains 7 tracks, six of them remixed/extended versions of tracks from The Swing (see pictures for track listing) and is housed in a stickered sleeve. On the WEA label, the catalogue number is XS-4-PROMO and the date of issue is 1985. 

Dekadance was an Australian-only, cassette-only release which had a limited edition of just 250 promo copies pressed on vinyl. There were no vinyl stock copies. This copy has a record company sticker on the back in the top right corner with the wording, "phonogram records File Copy Do Not Remove" in red on black (see pics).

Condition

The vinyl is in Near Mint condition. 

The labels are in Excellent condition, clean and bright with clear, perfect printing and no spindle marks.

The stickered cover is in Very Good condition with just slight edge, corner and ring wear and small cracks (not split through) in the middle of the top and bottom edges. The spine is complete with clear printing. The record company sticker is intact and undamaged.

All vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system, the long established UK standard, with any specific flaws mentioned along with the grading. They are sent in custom-made mailers, with built-in or added stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits. Singles without a picture sleeve will either have a plain sleeve or a correct-era original (not repro) record company sleeve (stated above). Original record company sleeves may not be the exact sleeve issued with the single so may have a different catalogue number hand-written in the corner but they will be the correct design for the single. They may have a bit of wear, writing, stickers, sticker marks etc but will be in a generally good, useable condition without edge splits or sellotape.
