This is an antique, Victorian, ART NOUVEAU, .925 STERLING SILVER manicure, fingernail cleaning/grooming tool made by GORHAM. It is marked with the company's LION, ANCHOR and an Old English letter "G," above “STERLING” and the number 10.

It is just under 3-½ inches long. It is about ½ of an inch at its widest and 3/8 of an inch at its thickest. It is holloware, so it’s a lighter than it looks. It weighs 8 – 9 GRAMS on my postage scale, which puts it around .26 TROY OUNCES.

It looks like it was used more for prying than nail cleaning. Each “blade” has a dent that looks like it was caused by bending. Otherwise, the blades just have tiny dents and dings on its, otherwise, smooth surface. The surface of the silver where the pattern is looks excellent.
