This is a Victorian Belmont Plate Co. Triple Plate. It has etching on all the pieces. It has a rotating base and a handle for passing across the dining table. It is from the late 1800's and was popular as a centerpiece that held condiments. The base stands at 16" tall , the cruets measure approximately from 9 1/2" to 6" tall. The diameter of the cruets are approximately 3" in diameter. The rotating stand is approximately 8" in diameter.

Two of the tops or lids are very fragile as shown in the pictures. On one of the cruets under the top the glass is chipped on the top of the cruet. There are also some dents on the base and the holder.
