The jacket has "12" next to the RIAA logo.  It is in Poor Condition, with moderate to heavy wear to the edges with paper loss and small splits on all three edges, use of clear tape by a previous owner on the spine (tape extends from front to back jacket), a bargain hole punch upper right corner, no previous owner marks but light soiling around the edges seen particularly on back jacket, light right front and back jacket.  LP stored in plain white inner sleeve (original plain white sleeve with large split so replaced with a new plain white sleeve). The record has a good deal of very clean surface, but a handful of light visible but not feelable scratches, and one feelable small scratch on cut four of Side 1 which I believe will affect play, so I'll provide an overall grade of VG.
