PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A SCRATCH ON THE DOWNTUBE OF THE FRAME!! PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR MORE DETAILS.For frames and wheel sets, please confirm with me your country of

destination as USPS limits boxes going to certain countries to only 79? length

plus girth. Even one wheel will NOT fit that dimension.  The only method would be airfreight but that

is very costly.

Please note

that bikes will be shipped in two boxes and FULLY disassembled in order to come

under USPS regulations.  Bike will

require assembly, possibly at a bike shop.

Rates quoted WILL include other postal charges-delivery

confirmation, certificate of mailing and packaging in which the total amount

will come out OVER the actual weight cost listed in the USPS website. All this

is included in the total shipping & handling. Best of all, CONTACT ME PRIOR

TO BIDDING for shipping AND

handling cost to save a whole lot of misunderstanding and avoid any differences

in final cost. Also in many cases, the item may be light but large and USPS will

charge more for DIMENSIONAL weight versus actual weight.  Also please note sometimes the cost of the

shipping and handling may be higher than the cost of the goods. PAYMENT
