It came from the bottom middle fan assembly. This is the fan that sits in the bottom middle of the assembly. Tested working!! No issues!!

Has one bolt stuck. When removing from assembly, one bolt wouldn’t come out so I had to cut around the plastic assembly to remove the fan. Shown in photos. You get what you see!
