Pair of Vintage Art Deco Amber Glass Flared Top Posy Vases
beautiful pair of amber glass vases featuring a distinctive flared and ruffled top and geometric base with patterned sides
octagonal (8 sided) base
often associated with british and Czech glassmakers of the 1920`s and 1930`s
such as Soweby and Stolzle
these are have no makers marks
size
height 4.75" / 12cm
Width to edges of flared top 5" / 12.5cm
diameter of base (across flats) 2.5" / 6.5cm
Fair to Good condition due to some chips to top of base and corners of the octagonal base on one
The other has mainly tiny `bites` to the corners of the octagonal base
strangely no damage to the more likely areas around the Top section
Both still display well in my opinion
