3. Returns – Conditions and Procedures:

If you wish to return a purchase, the following terms apply:

  1. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
  2. For partial refunds the Ebay selling transaction fees are not refundable and still charged by Ebay. These will be paid by the buyer and deducted from the buyer's refund.

Because hard drives are sensitive devices, and because improper installation, static discharge, impact, or mishandling can cause damage, all returned disks will undergo full diagnostic testing upon receipt.
