Up for auction is a beautiful, authentic early 19th-century American coin silver teaspoon made by H. Porter & Co. of New York (circa 1830–1835).
- Design: Highly collectible "Basket of Flowers" die-stamped pattern on a fiddleback handle.
- Markings: Clear, legible "H. Porter & Co." maker's mark stamped in a rectangle on the reverse. Features a light period script monogram on the front.
- Dimensions: Length is approx 6 inches and 2mm long
- Condition: Great antique condition with minor surface wear, fine scratches, and a soft historic patina consistent with age. No major dents or deep gouges. Please see photos for details.
