If I notice issues on the product I will bring to your attention & show it in the pictures & if anything requires a video I will provide a video showing that the product is working!  

Please if you have a issue with the item you have purchase from reach out to me so I can try to resolve the issue I sometimes miss something when I am listing an item, But it is not very often

I do miss something I correct my mistake when pictures are provided

If you open a case up as not as described I will request that pictures & showing proof that this is not as described

Used & pre owned items will show signs of wear & usage & so please look at the pictures before you purchase used or preowned items!
