This is the genuine DOL-PCKJ-JPN Japanese promotional disc, originally supplied as a pre-order bonus for Pokémon Colosseum in Japan in 2003 and marked 非売品 (Not For Sale).
This Japanese version is particularly collectible as it provides access to the special Ageto Celebi, once the required conditions have been completed in the Japanese version of Pokémon Colosseum.

Disc is in very good overall condition with an excellent label. The original Celebi sleeve is included and displays very well from the front. Please note there is some paper/adhesive damage on the reverse of the sleeve where a sticker appears to have previously been removed, as clearly shown in the photographs.
A scarce and highly desirable piece of Japanese Pokémon and Nintendo GameCube history, particularly sought after by collectors of Pokémon promotional and distribution software.
