Colorful, fun flamingo by Katherine's Collection.  Note that elastic string has stretched out a bit so wrapped twice. Measures about 11" tall.  very good vintage condition with normal storage/vintage wear including possible dust and surface dirt.  I noticed a white mark on head - looks like paint.
