Front Cover is torn, creased, and worn. Major fold over of comic book on spine side.
Spine worn and torn.
Staples are securely in place but rusty causing staining to pages.
Back Cover is torn, creased, folded and stained. Light pencil marking in upper left corner. One spot on picture of wallet has worn through to expose underlying paper.
Interior Pages have all corners folded over, staining from staples being rusty, stain smudge in border of every page in the same spot through out. No tears or writing is present.
     

All parts of comic book has yellowed due to age.
