The RG405 Hand Formable coaxial cable has been manufactured as a highly flexible upgrade to the semi-rigid, solid copper outer design. This helps to increase flexibility and bendability, which allows for easier cable routing and no requirement to pre-form the cable with special tooling pre-install.

Additionally, no 3-dimensional drawings are needed to produce the cable assemblies.

The blue FEP has the benefit of high temperature handling. The FEP jacket is also chemically inert, meaning it has excellent resistance to corrosive fuels, chemicals and oils.
