Hello, this is a handmade Turtle Shell Medicine Bag. It measures app. 6" high (9" including fringe) x 4" wide. It is made with a beautiful red eared turtle shell, 4/5oz oil-tanned cowhide, a deer antler button, and hand sewn with synthetic sinew. Looks very striking in person.  Thanks, Dave
