Dates to the Victorian or Edwardian Era-1900-1925

Metal construction , probably a copper alloy that was deliberately darkened.

Probably European

Measures 3 inches 

Excellent condition for its age

Unsure about country of origin

Bram Stoker wrote Dracula in 1897 and the Victorians and Edwardians were fascinated with vampires
