Stomper 1983 RSV-1 Rescue Assault Hovercraft.An incredibly rare, highly collectible toy released in 1983 as part of Schaper Toys' legendary battery-powered Stompers line. While standard Stomper toys focused on 4x4 monster trucks and realistic off-road vehicles, the RSV-1 Hovercraft represented a period where Schaper heavily experimented with unique designs. It was a specialty release that did not see wide distribution, meaning many kids during the height of the 1980s Stomper craze never actually saw one on retail store shelves. Today, it is considered a crown jewel for vintage 1980s toy collectors due to its unique mechanics and low survival rate. Motor runs tracks lights work too. Takes one AA Battery similar to Stomper trucks. Battery compartment is in good shape as seen in photos for age. Battery not included. PILOT NOT INCLUDED. Great collectors item.
