This is a beautiful vintage set of three nesting hat boxes featuring clear acetate sides and a whimsical atomic starburst pattern in soft pink, aqua, gold, and black.

As you can see from the photos, there’s discoloration throughout the years, but the box does not smell like smoke, mold, must or mothballs. it actually has no smell whatsoever, which is shocking given the age. the acetate is in good condition typically you find them cracked. This is excellently preserved.

I tried to take pictures of every flaw on the box so please review the photos carefully. You’ll see there was a sticker at one point that was peeled off and took off some of the paper a few wet spot marks, but overall again for the age this is an excellent collectors piece
